Tracy was born and raised in New York, where at the tender age of three years old, she began training in ballet and dance. Her early exposure to athletics has transpired into a lifelong career of health, fitness and wellness.
Tracy has been training, managing, teaching and coaching private clients and small groups of all skill levels. She has worked with professional athletes (NY Knicks, NY Rangers, NY Yankees) as well as clients who are just beginning to explore the fitness world.
Tracy has also mentored other instructors who seek out her expertise. She also volunteered at the Bellows School, NYC PAL and the Westchester County Girl Scouts. Tracy continues to promote health and fitness throughout the Westchester County/Tri-state area.

Over the past year and a half, Ryan has participated in a variety of challenging fitness events, including HYROX, Spartan Races, and multiple trail races. The most demanding feat to date was a half marathon up Killington Mountain, which took over seven hours and included obstacles along the way. These experiences have deepened his understanding of the physical demands of performance, as well as the importance of recovery through proper nutrition and restorative movement.
