Small group training (SGT)

A semi-private personal training with only 4 people max in a group. Training will increase the level of coaching focusing on an elevated level of strength through barbell exercises and Olympic-style lifting. It has its own weekly schedule giving participants nearly double the session count options for the week.

Kettlebell blast

A combination of cardio and strength training exercises to improve your athletic performance and strengthen your body using only a kettlebell and your body weight.


Combination of Pilates, Barre & Yoga utilizing your core and breath to strengthen, condition, and tone the body. Improves overall core strength and flexibility.


A 45-minute class overseen by our boxing coach. It’s a combination of strength work and cardio conditioning to strike a total body balance workout. Wraps and boxing gloves are provided.


Combination of high-intensity cardiovascular and strength training alternating between high and low-intensity exercises. Instructors will use free weights, resistance bands, mats, and so on.

Body Conditioning

A complete total body workout. High intensity utilizing weights & dumbbells including a floor work segment.
