A great place to start. Hydro Essentials is our fundamental lifting 101 class. We keep the weights lighter, so we can fine-tune our form and technique. The class is 50-55 minutes and will be focussed on specifically lifting. This is a great class for everyone, from beginner to advanced lifters looking to work proper form and technique, and get a great full-body pump!
