Emily, also known as “Ms. Em,” is a dedicated Certified Yoga Instructor. Her yoga journey began as a complement to her dance and music studies, focusing on breath work, stretching, and meditation. She obtained her 200-hour Yoga Certification in April 2016 after immersive training at The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre Ashram. Living there, she fully embraced the Yogic lifestyle, practicing Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Chanting, Karma Yoga, and committed Self-Study.Since her return, Ms. Em teaches Sivananda-inspired Hatha Yoga, characterized by a gentle, supportive, and inspiring approach. Giorgi is a NASM-certified personal trainer with 6 years of experience in the industry. He is an expert in strength training, strength endurance, cardio-respiratory training, gymnastics, core training, and weight loss. Gio is driven to teach and inspire clients to reach fitness goals through a combination of exercise, proper diet, rest, and stress management. Gio is also a NASM-certified nutrition coach. Junise grew up participating in various activities throughout her adolescence, including Modern, Jazz, and Theater Dance. In high school, she branched into track and field. Her passion for health and fitness continued in college, where she earned a degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. Throughout her college years, Junise worked as a Physical Therapy Aide, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer. Soon after graduating, she began taking Reformer Pilates and developed a passion for how these movements increase strength and mobility. Her classes challenge participants with a blend of classical and modern techniques.
My journey is deeply rooted in my love for yoga, holistic wellness, nutrition, and spirituality—core elements that guide and inspire everything I do. Skylar is a NASM certified personal trainer, as well as the Active Director of Personal Training for Hydrogen Fitness. While his main focus is on building his team of trainers and supporting them with their clients, he also does take on private clients. With a background in High Intensity Training (NOT HIIT), Skylar mainly focusses on building strong, healthy, muscles while using functional movement patterns to ensure his clients feel strong, and more importantly, stay safe while working out. He is comfortable working with clients ranging anywhere from teenagers to seniors and special population.
