Giorgi is a NASM-certified personal trainer with 6 years of experience in the industry. He is an expert in strength training, strength endurance, cardio-respiratory training, gymnastics, core training, and weight loss. Gio is driven to teach and inspire clients to reach fitness goals through a combination of exercise, proper diet, rest, and stress management. Gio is also a NASM-certified nutrition coach. Giorgi has a background in competitive sports and Olympic weightlifting before becoming a personal trainer. Originally from the Republic of Georgia (country), he played water polo for the Junior National Team from 2010 to 2013. From 2014 to 2018 Giorgi trained in Olympic weightlifting. Since arriving in the United States in 2018, Giorgi has been working as a personal trainer.
