Back in Jamaica in my formative years I was very athletic and ran track & field. Fast forward to the United States, I continued my workouts at the gym and was recognized for my natural abilities. Before I knew it, I was an Instructor and never looked back! Under my belt I have 18 years of personal training, group fitness instruction, coordinating and promoting facility fundraiser. In all my classes I focus on the mind, muscle, and body connection.

I love to provide comprehensive instructions, modifications as well as motivation for ALL participants to be SUCCESSFUL. Educating them in a safe and effective program design in order to achieve their fitness goals. My passion is to empower them with the tools to promote a healthy lifelong habit that works for them. This formula keeps them coming back for MORE!!

After obtaining an Educational Background in Exercise Science from Lehman College, Coach Steve has trained numerous High-Profile Individuals. He has been a Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach for several NYC Runway Models, Swimsuit Models, and Professional Fighters.

He has also traveled to Thailand 5x where he has trained and competed at the professional level. He has helped numerous Pro Level Fighters with their Strength and Conditioning Skills in which these fighters belong to organizations such as the UFC, One Championship, Glory Kickboxing, and ROAD FC. Steven has trained with all types of clients!

As a former Division I Volleyball athlete, college/high school coach, and trainer, Alisha is passionate about fitness and performance! She has a Bachelor’s in Health Science and is currently a certified group fitness instructor and Personal Trainer at Hydrogen Fitness. She leads the always energetic High Fitness and Boot Camp classes.

I earned my BS in nutrition from Long Island University and MS in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer. I have worked in all settings from hospitals to corporate gyms preaching nutrition and exercise Health and wellness are my priorities and so I combine effective training and proper nutrition to ensure you are feeling good from the inside out.
